I think it is Wiremold part number L10320. At least it used to be. It has no filters, no switch contacts, indicator lights or passive protection devices and uses hospital grade outlets....

Point taken. Roman, you are correct and I was wrong. Even for the secondhand, non-warranty market it is not expensive. James just emailed me that it only costs $100 to fill 2.0 meters of Dominus Rev. B. Clearly not a profit driven service....
