Wilson Audio Setup Procedure (W.A.S.P.)
There is a very minor percentage of what David is telling that I am not exactly agree. Mostly it has to do with some simplifications and shortcuts David took, avoiding the phenomena of judgment maturation and the degree of precision with which the proper listening position should be defined. I also feel that cost benefit ration of good listening position is DPoLS is very much not linear. Still, among what I seen publicly David’s’ explanations of his WASP is the most sensible and the most methodologically accurate procedure. I very much do not endorse the Wilson Audio company installers that might be as bad as anybody else (know some horror stories). Still, conceptually what David is taking is very accurate and spot on.
