With all disagreement with those individuals I thought that they are smarter than to deal with Mark Levinson. I hope they did not give him any money and did not accept any “I owe you” obligations for the rendered services. Mark is famous to run to ground any operation he ever was involved with and run away with money of investors and partners. Before he settled in Switzerland he was hiding for a few years in Sound America from IRS and reportedly from private debts collectors. I do not know how it was settled. So, nowadays Mark doe not write books about Orgasms for women but claim a cosmetics company, a watch company and loudspeaker company. Well, good for him, I truly mean it. Shire whoever knows him understand that his Mark Levinson has nothing to do with anything. A few years ago Mark Levinson found some rich Switzerland men and with wet eyes he explained to them that with their investment he can turn copper into gold and rubbles init dollars. Some people did not see the Ostap Bender of the Mark Levinson’s magnitude and go for it. I do not judge them – why not it is better them losing money in casino. I do not know about the merit of those loudspeakers. I am bit surprised with low amount of BS that Mark invest to describe them. The stainless steel frames and screws that “extremely complex and difficult to make and polish” is very primitive move. Since he is consulting with Fremer (according to the blog) then I am sure more BS will be coming. In fact , since the speaker has something reminding to simpletons horns then I presume that the next door that Mark will be knocking it will be Joe Roberts – that blabbering whore will give to Levinson the BS literature that he look like craving for. I think that intelligent people in audio can run bets how long it will take for Mark to suck blood from all of his Switzerland investor and to run to China or to Russia. I give him 2 years…. The Cat
