Meanwhile, a visit to any of several "pro sound" sites makes it clear that DSP is the way of it now; that bridge has been crossed and turned into a super highway. Most of these guys have stopped looking at digitization as a problem; rather, they seem to think it's the ultimate solution for correcting problems, also for creating new and "better" things to listen to, and/or new, better ways to present the sound. Of course this stuff has been done to "augment" sound in concert halls all over the world for many years now. Best regards, Paul S
