I sincerely feel that all those conversations about space
and the rest of the Audio G-spot words are irrelevant until people who engage
in conversation are exposed to a properly implemented Auro 3d or any other objects-oriented
Space reconstructio...

Practicing in a Closet has completely different objectives
and is well-used by musicians as killing the reflections highlights technical errors.
I do not think anybody would perform in a closet-like acoustic space, in
particular with a trumpet...

I agree with Rowuk, but I would like to add one more aspect
that, I feel, is much more important than anything else. We universally
understand that bedroom pajamas are clothing to wear at home and not clothing to
go, let's say, to work. Why? Over ...

Jarek, I know exactly
how you feel. There is some magic in 10 Read loaded passively to ScanSpeak
SD1 motor with paper cone. The ScanSpeak with this semi-rubber suspension
are not the neutral drivers but they have very pleasant, at least ty my ears...
Happily, Arkivmusic.com has made it available once again through its on-demand service. For Bruckner lovers, it's a must
...but buy it not made by ArkivMusic, even though it is hard to distract it nowadays. The Arkivmusic ...

It is undoubtedly an incredible clip. I am not sure that I
get the music. Then, I found, read, and listed the whole Puts workhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ksOciXtZcE I do not know if I like it. There is something
in this music as a process for t...

Amir, happy new year to you too. Hope it will be peaceful

[quote
user="Amir"] my question is: the relation between "music

Amir, this is such a loaded question
and completely valid to think about. In fact, I feel any audio practicing people only after ...

A friend sent me a link to an interesting video about Bruckner
on analog. I do not know who the guy is; he is a Bruckner devotee, which is
good. I'm afraid I must disagree with his choices, although I certainly
enthusiastically support his appreci...

An interesting guy. I would love to discuss with him a few points, not that he prolamins anything (unfortunately) but I would certainly can bring some complex questions to the table that make his presentation more applied...

Actually, Paul, it has nothing to do with stereo, with two
channels or four channels. The Auro or my reverberation channels, more or less
properly implemented present a completely different listening environment, and a completely different listenin...

I like the analogy with seasoning
a lot but there is an interesting twist in it. With RI you will not be able to
get a proper bass. You can get a lot atmospheric pressure in any of our small
rooms but that acoustic pressure does not create any psy...

First of all, let to address the elephant in the room: whatever additional
DSP take place for reverberation or surrounds is applicable ONLY for reverberation
and has no connection of any kind to the main channels. This is the key and we
do not eve...

the language, what bill is doing is not reverb injection, bill is doing DSP.
Reverb injection is not DSP. Although how Romy conceived doing it does use
DSP.
It is not language confused but the actions ar...

I think it is a perfectly legitimate amp. The
claim of bandwidth is obviously a marketing BS. Also, I am a bit skeptical of if
a pair of 6N6P might deliver significant current to drive GM100 in
negative side curve and deal with plate current. They...

OK, it is another direct-heated amp with Russian GM-100
driven by a pair of 6N6P. There are many GM-100 amps out there and it certainly
a good candidate for high power SET amp.
I never heard of this amp or even never heard about the company, and ...

This whole subject of acoustical reconstruction of performing whole by using reverberation channels is very complicated to discuss on audio forums. If visin many aspects of sound reproduction, better or worse, but we have constructed some c...

Paul, you are lucky person,
I never was able to find Bruckner music on LP that I felt was good quality sonically
and artistically. I own a lot of Brucker LPs but I hardly ever listen them....

Ok, did today the Red’s tweeters. Got rid of the original Tannoy’s
cable mounting plate and ran my own cable directly from twitter. Drove it with Milq’s full range channel. Used
the speaker level 2uf cap (my favorite high voltage eQube coupling cu...

If you have unused full range Milq channel then it is very easy for you to test Red Twitter. Use default crossover, just open the connector to the driver and cut off the red wire that leads to base driver. Connect it out of face S2 driver a...
