[I have recently had 4 sealed bass bins made each with 2 8" scanspeak drivers. I dont have them yet. Every other speaker I have stinks worse than the Fridge. Good Luck!]
4 sealed boxes with 2 8" drivers? this is going to be a terrible speaker solution! i've decided i do need some sort of interim setup or i'll go mad....the headphone amp i use sounds so dry and mechanical i'm ready to row out to Lake Michigan and drown the stupid thing.
in all seriousness, i DID consider going with a pair of (gasp) Oris horns. but then i'll still need and upper register driver AND some sort of midbass AND bass solution. PITA. i'm just going to have to be patient and get something that doesn't descend me into listening to modern emo.
