Leaving aside the unnecessary to be called notion of Melquiades vs. Lamm I would return to the essence of the thread: what changes are necessary in schematic if it goes for 220V. I do not think that any changes would be necessary. All transformations have voltages posted on their on secondary’s coils. So all that you need is to get own set of power transformers that output the right voltages. You might be careful with TR3 transformer. If you go for VERY high value of C10 (the LF section of my current Mila has 30.000uF at 350V) then you might drop the R22 and C11 chain and drive juts one LC section right from amplifier. In this case you would need lower voltage on secondary of TR3, I would say 115V.

Also, purely theoretically is you are 220V then you are most likely at different frequency 50Hz vs. 60Hz. At different frequency the minimum inductance for chokes will be changing but it has very little practical meaning, if any, as you will be very changing with 10Hz and you will easily tune by to drawing current more current. Wait, with higher frequency less need for critical inductance, Will you? Anyhow, it is very easy to measure when the LC filer is built.

So, I would not worry about it.
