I heard the Everests recently at the Munich Hi End show, unfortunately they were being used in an active vs passive display/dem , you could tell when the Everests were playing as the active speakers had a sound like an inflated balloon being rubbed with a wet finger, the JBL's sounded ok, bass had a nice loose/immediate feel, but the dem was really too short to be meaningful, the chap demonstrating wouldn't play them for me after the 'display '. Two rear ports, the 'horns' appear to be more for show than go, nice looking though.Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
