Romy thanks very much for taking the time to reply, presumably the design originates form PA design, literally enabling as many people as possible to hear the announcement, looking at the 'Everest' in Munich, the mid range 'horn' appears to be no more than two stylized 'lips' seemingly purely for aesthetic reasons, there appears to be no 'horn' at all and the driver just radiated directly, the h/f is encased in a plastic surround . Surely not having horn loading will affect the output of the mid driver? keith.Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
