hi romy
i am listening now abought 2 weeks my orphean horns. when they arrived, i first connect them to my electronic crossover, and they sound horny, very bad. after i connect them to the own crossover, sound changed right away. now, that i heard most of my cd's, i must say that i am very satisfied with it's sound. all frequencies from 220hz all the way up to 20khz sounds perfect. very natural, no horn sound at all, fast, open, clean, and a stereo/3d image that is just amazing, i never heard a horn like this before. phase is in line, as its a one point source. so i very disagree that a horn is not capable to do well at a wide range. high frequencies sound sweet, not agressive at all. bert from bd design did a well job, and i am shure that the modification he did on the driver, eliminate all negative characteristics of the non modified bms driver.
this horn is a dream come true.
