of your suggestions. but I think Romy is saying that there is some musical interconnection between these 3 works. He said a "fugue was a hint" which is both obvious and puzzling as the Bach Ricercar is of course a fugue. I don't think there is a fugue in the other two works. I took a look at the Russian March and did not see any fugue like passage. Simple imitation is not a fugue. Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
