I do not see why substitute
between 12.1k and 12.0k would be a problem. This will slightly change the driver
bias and plate voltage as the result but the natural discrepancy of parameters in
the tube is very high and you shall be still within the margins. You want to
have 200V on tube plate. Using different new tubes you will see that with the
same fix bias they can give you from 185V to 215V and it is still OK.

Do not do it. The worse you can do is to drive with Milq
some kind of 88dB sensitive monitor. You will not accomplish any good sound and
most likely will destroy the monitor’s twitter.
