My other love and career has been as a metal sculpture so I like to mix the two. It gives me great pleasure to see cool looking audio while ensuring that it sounds a good as possible to my ear. Using 4 of these tubes in my next build, I would like to have all four tubes in these tie-downs (whatever they are called) Going to all this trouble is perplexing to some but a mission to me. Here is a picture of a Pete Millett Low-Mu preamp I just completed. Electrical engineer friends of mine ask why I go to all the trouble and all I can say is, "it looks cool."
