I have been quietly listening and working on my new system. The upperbass horn can be crossed lower than I anticipated, which is great news for me. I was going to have the crossover point of 160hz, but I can easily do 120hz Smile The dual tad's will be starting to filter at 80hz and the upperbass horn will start filtering at 160hz both with first order filters and they cross at 120hz. I also took the tweeters from the sides and put them back on the horizontally aligned position which is another plus for me. After some measurements the crossover points have changed since my last plan.

The new crossover points are as follows
Dual Tad 1601b in reflex cabins: 28hz - 80hz
crossover point: 120hz
Supravox 285-2000 in 110hz tractrix: 160hz - 400hz
crossover point: 600hz
Radian 850pb in 200hz tractrix horn: 800hz - 1600hz
crossover point: 2400hz
Radian 475 pe-bp in 1000hz JMLC: 3200hz - 8000hz
crossover point: 12000hz
Fostex t500amkII: 16000hz - 48000hz

For the looks, here it goes. You can't see the tweeters here as they were back at my current system and I forgot to take a photo when they were altogether.

and here is how it will look with the new bass cabinets utilising dual TAD 1601b woofers.
