Hi Micro Seiki guys!
From a few months I have RX5000 and of course this is great TT and even more if the platter is damped and upgraded with a proper mat.

Now I have offer from a seller of SX8000I. First I have asked him to send me a short video from a horizontal point of view to see is there bearing or platter wobbling (some of the old TTs have such a problem) before I go personally to check the TT and pick it up. The bearing and the platter looks ok firstly seeing, but because I have no experience with the SX8000I, the air pump seems too noisy!

1. Please watch the video, is that sound normal for the SX8000I air pump? If so, than the air pump must be placed in another room, please share your experience.
2. If this noisy sound from the pump is not normal how to repair it? Is the pump repair possible task, any advices where and how?
Two videos of the 8000I with the pump sound here:

Thank you all! ...and all the cats too ;-)
