Yep. I happened to have all Jimmy Scott albums and this love stated with me probably 15 years ago with album Haven. I was initially fascinated with absolutely unique articulation of words that Jimmy Scott did and then juts fall in love with whaler he sang and his song is incredibly peaceful and calm events. Jimmy Scott is as much post 50s jazz as I can take, all the rest I call restaurant music. Jimmy Scott and Leonard Cohen pretty much the only non-classical CD that I spin sometimes home.Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
