Yes, it does look like “wrong” but I do not think that it is an indication of a problem. The bearing would not give you the wobbling that you would be able to see with your eyes. It is also very unlikely that the platter has different high and not balanced. I do think that it is some kind optical illusion or camera was moving. I do not know.
