The room is beautiful, and I love the tree stump "rack" with the amps,  it is clearly a work in progress,  but they already put in the "Western Electric" badges on!  It talks a lot about their priorities I guess!

They have what seems to be a midrange square horn covering from 500hz up,  it seems a little too big for 500 hz ; they might try to get it to go lower...  I am guessing they have some JBL 375 or TAD 4001 driver in there.

Yes the place for the tweeters seem to be in front of the horns,  and I would place the midrange horn just under it,  to get better time alignement.

The two woofers per side look suspisciously usable for the big midbass horn.  Cannibalize the whole thing and get rid of it!  use the woofers on the big horn,  try to get 300hz from the square horns and the tweeter from 8khz up.   Probably use a digital delay for the big midbass horns and leave the midrange and tweeters clean.
