I am looking at the reports on my site’s traffic and see that the site has a dozen visitors form Czechoslovakia. I would like to take advantage of it and ask you guys to tell us about your Czech Audio.

I love your country, was there and know a lot about you. Czechs always were some kind of “kinky Slaves”, so I wonder what kinky your people do in the audio world? Also, I know that Third Reich’s companies like Telefunken bult a lot of manufacturing facilities at acuppated Czechoslovakia and after the War a lot of confiscated technologies were stalled down with Czechs. I heard some drivers and some tubes that were manufactured in Czechoslovakia during 50s-60s were quite good…

Anyhow, does anything sound interesting at Czech lend today besides the woodwinds of Prague Orchestra? So, Czechs, tell us your stories and your observation about your national audio forces. We here, in US are completely not familiar with what you guys do out there….

Just as a sign of a minor flattery I am posting a beautiful lithography of Prague in 1890, the Prague how it was seen by the eyes of Tchaikovsky and Dvorak…

Much Passion from the Czech republic from music lovers and equipment designers. Lets us not forget the late Ricardo Kron and his machines. Prague is a mecca for fine performances and has some of the finest sounding music halls in the World. The word is Passion. Be passionant with your pursuit of musicial enjoyment and the arts. Without the music, the equipment is totally meaningless. Seek and you shall find. The Kron Equipment displays the emotional involvement from those pieces I have tested. How to listen is most important. If it is not in the heart..it is not in the soul. Listening experience and allowing the emotion to come through are the keys. May you never grow tired of a fine performance, be in audio equipment or live, in person.
