Great signal clarity last night for local NPR re-broadcast of local SO programs. I have heard the Ruckert-Lieder before, but not so well as last night. Again, the singer was backed by the orchestra (these songs are sometimes done with voice and piano alone). Phenomenal tonal progressions. Other-worldly beauty.
